Refund Policy

We do not facilitate Cash on Delivery (COD) or accept returns. However, a refund will be issued if the delivered product is damaged. Please notify our team of any damaged products within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email at care@eknoor.in.

For incorrect orders, we will provide a complimentary replacement.
